Wine, Wheels & Whiting is taking place on the weekend of the 9th – 11th of September and has all the ingredients of a perfect weekend away. As part of the weekend, riders can opt to have a gourmet pre-ride dinner at the Clare Town Hall or a post-ride dinner at the Wallaroo Coopers Alehouse. Check out the food on offer.
The Menu – Clare Town Hall Welcome Dinner
A selection of Pangkarra hummous and crudités / Terroir fried Haloumi with a choice local Clare Valley Wines and SA beers available for purchase at the bar
Main course – served platter style to share at the table
Portugese style free-range chicken pieces with organic grain salad
and green goddess dressing
Local lamb braised in Pikes sparkling Ale with baked Pangkarra pasta
and cauliflower, chimichurri and pickled vegetables
Roasted sweet potato with corn cakes, tomato salsa and smashed avocado
Accompanied by Crusty bread and an assortment of Greens
Dessert – served platter style to share at the table

Grilled Spencer Gulf prawns on Thai style salad of tomato, cucumber, cabbage & mint. With Crispy vermicelli & lime coriander dressing.
Mains: Choice of:
Spencer Gulf Silver whiting, grilled with green beans, baked Roma tomatoes, basil & roasted sweet potato.
Char grilled Clare Valley Scotch fillet, roasted thyme field mushroom, garlic kipfler potato, broccoli and jus.
Lemon Curd Tart w/ toasted coconut ice cream & vanilla poached Quandong.
