Spring is here and we can feel it in the air. We had a look at some handmade cycle accessories from ETSY just in time for summer

The Beer Holder From $25

South Australia is host to loads of awesome local breweries these days. Everything from Pirate Life to Clare Valley Brewing and even just a good old fashioned Coopers’ Pale. One way to stand out from the crowd with the cute little beer holder made from 100% recycled bicycle tyre. (Note this little shop also sells bottle openers made of bike parts too.)

The team even sell different sizes in case you drink size with some beer bottles – eg. Coopers and Boags are a skinnier 375ml bottle that requires a Skinny (330ml holder).

Nice and it’s made and designed in Melbourne.

Bicycle Bowtie

The Bicycle Bow Tie From $25

Who said cyclists weren’t classy? Here’s a cheeky way to add a little bit of colour (and a talking point) at the next work function with this great little addition to your work attire. This even comes with a bit of velcro, so that you don’t have to worry about tying any knots. (Also from Melbourne).

Canvas Tote Pannier Bike Bag from $125.99

Alright this little bad is actually not Australian, being made in London, but it just looks so cool we couldn’t resist. A 4-way Tote pannier bag designed to be attached to a rear cycle rack or worn as a cross body bag when cycling, or as shoulder bag or carried by its handles when off your bike. It’s made of MWaterproof British Millerain heavy duty canvas (the same fabric used for Land Rover jeep hoods) and according to the website it “will stand up to climates from Scotland to the Sahara.”

The Little Lifter – Bicycle Carrying Handle from $58.86

Do you ever have to carry your treadly up a flight of office stairs? Or into an apartment. Lifting your bicycle by the top tube can pretty cumbersome, particularly when you have full baskets and panniers.

The “Little Lifter” Frame Handle provides a creative solution in neat minimalist design that looks pretty darn sexy. We like.
