Is Your Bike Fit?
Secret Women's Business You can also register for a Bike SA course for extra support and training in the lead up to the event.

If you are looking for inspiration to get on your bike, read Tara's story, Ten Things Ive Learned From Cycling - a cycle-chic lady who knows how to roll in style, and reap the benefits of a daily bike ride.

Or, ask your girl friends to join in the event and encourage each other to give it a go, like Kay, our Bike Education Manager.

"Last year, I asked my girl friends to join in - some were a bit hesitant - and registered 8 of us to take part in the 40km beach ride. We varied in fitness and ability - to some of us the morning was an enjoyable ride, to others a real challenge - but the best bit of all was we all had a good laugh!
Stopping at a few water stops we enjoyed a good natter although we did that whilst riding too. The event was an excuse for us to get together and it was also a focus to start thinking about fitness as summer was around the corner. None of my friends had taken part in a bike event before and all enjoyed the challenge and girlie camaraderie on the day.
Now, my friends are asking if we are joining in again this year; We have 10 girls already registered in our group and I hear we have more friends of friends coming along too. So come on girls, dust off those bikes and Gear up Girl!" (Kay)
