The River Ride / 9.45am start

Approx 1-1.5 hours. Perfect for first timers, rusty riders or if you haven't been on the bike for a long time

The River Ride is a circular route around the River Torrens following the Linear Park. This ride is suitable for all levels of ability. Great for those who haven't done much riding and would like to take advantage of a mainly traffic free environment - you will have to watch out for pedestrians on the shared-use Linear Path however. It's also a great option for those with young children.

This ride is approximately 10km in length

Beach Ride / 9.15am start

Approx 2 -3 hours. A great challenge but still great fun. (Yes, no hills). Good for 'rusty' to intermediate riders,

This years Beach Ride will again follow the Outer Harbour Greenway corridor from Bowden to Port Adelaide, using a mix of quiet roads and shared use paths. After stopping for free refreshments at the newly redeveloped Harts Mill precinct at Port Adelaide, our ride continues across the Birkenhead bridge following part of the recently completed Inner Harbour Loop Path. This year we'll continue along the bike path taking a scenic ride around the waterfront of the Newport Quays residential estate before venturing through the quieter back streets of Semaphore Park and West Lakes Shore to join Military Road. From here we continue south to Grange where we rejoin the shared-use beachfront path and continue south via Henley Beach to the mouth of the River Torrens at Henley Beach South. Riders then head east along the Linear Path, which follows the meandering path of the River Torrens, all the way back to the finish. The Beach Ride distance is suitable for all riders with moderate fitness levels.

This ride is approximately 40km in length

Harbour Ride / 9.00am start

Approx 2.5-3.5 hours. Good for those up for a bit of a longer ride and get those muscles working. Great for intermediate riders

The Harbour Ride offers a longer distance for those who would like to test their endurance a little more. This route follows the same Outer Harbour Greenways corridor from the City as the Beach Ride. However from Port Adelaide the ride continues on through Birkenhead to Outer Harbour and back along the beach front to Semaphore. From here you rejoin with the Beach riders and return to the City via Military Rd, Henley Beach and the River Torrens Linear Path. It is suitable for reasonably fit riders who are keen for an extra challenge.

This ride is approximately 55km in length
