The rides get more difficult the further you get into the series - you can workup to the more difficult rides and share in a bit of friendly competition with your mates. "The Grand Slams are great and well organised. This will be my second year. It's a great way to keep in shape throughout the year and achieve your own goals" (Tim - after completeing the first two rides of the Grand Slam rides in 2009.
